How Aegis Works With Clients
A boutique brokerage means fewer transactions at a time and more attention on each one. Here is what that looks like from your side of the table.
Consultation
A no-obligation 30–45 minute conversation about your goals, timeline, budget, and concerns. In person at our Garden Grove office, by video, or by phone — whatever works. You leave with a clear next-step plan whether or not you decide to work with Aegis.
Strategy & Preparation
For sellers, that means a candid pricing analysis, staging and prep recommendations, and a marketing plan. For buyers, that means honest budget math with your lender, a written wish list, and a shortlist of properties that actually fit. For investors, that means submarket rent comps, cap-rate analysis, and structural due diligence before you offer.
Negotiation & Diligence
Every transaction has a moment where the deal either falls apart or gets stronger. Contingency deadlines, inspection findings, appraisal surprises, financing hiccups — Aegis has spent 40+ years working through them. You get an experienced broker in the room, not a script.
Closing & Beyond
We coordinate the escrow, title, and lender logistics so the paperwork flows in the right order and on time. After close, we stay a resource — for the referral you did not know you needed, the property-tax appeal, the eventual second transaction. Most of our business comes from repeat clients and their referrals.
Established, Local, Accountable
Founded in 1983 by Gary Gadd. Multiple market cycles behind us and every kind of deal we help clients avoid the second time around.
Active representation in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Riverside County — with the broker relationships and submarket knowledge that come from decades of hyperlocal work.
Full-service license covering residential, commercial, and investment representation. Designated broker of record: Alexis Galindo. Verify our license status anytime at dre.ca.gov.
10362 Vic Pl., Garden Grove — the same address we have worked from for years. Meetings, closings, and post-close conversations happen here or with you, in person.
Frequently Asked Questions
What areas of Southern California does Aegis cover?
Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Riverside County — from Garden Grove and Long Beach through the coastal luxury markets of Newport Beach and Huntington Beach, out through Irvine and the inland Riverside cities. See our Areas We Serve page for city-specific coverage.
Does Aegis work only with luxury buyers?
No. We work across every price point, from first-time buyer condos and starter homes through custom estates, small multifamily, and commercial property. The consistent factor is not the price — it is the level of care each transaction gets.
How is Aegis different from a large national brokerage?
Boutique brokerage means you work directly with an experienced broker end-to-end — not a rotating team of agents. We take on fewer transactions at a time so each client gets deep attention. That matters most on complex, high-value, or off-market deals where a rushed handoff costs money.
Do you represent both buyers and sellers?
Yes. Buyer representation, seller representation, tenant representation, and landlord representation across residential, commercial, and investment property. On transactions where representing both sides is genuinely appropriate and legally permitted, we disclose the dual representation in writing.
Can Aegis help me understand my financing options?
Aegis is a real estate brokerage, not a mortgage lender. We refer clients to Patty Gadd, our preferred loan officer, who has closed hundreds of transactions for Aegis buyers. You are welcome to use any lender you choose — we just want you to have a great one. See our Financing page for the mortgage calculator and pre-qualification form.
How do I get started?
Fill out the form on our contact page, call (714) 590-9977, or email info@aegisrealtor.com. A member of our team will follow up within one business day to schedule the initial consultation — no obligation, no pressure.
